Excel Futures, Inc. is in the midst of its most ambitious expansion of its Bend, Oregon office. We specialize in the commodities and futures industry...one of the hottest sectors in the financial markets today! We are actively recruiting individuals interested in building careers as Commodity Brokers. Apprentice brokers often exceed six figures in their first year.
Responsibilities will include:
• Uncovering opportunities through pro active contact to targeted prospects
• Follow-up on leads generated from web site inquiries and e-marketing campaigns
• Qualify leads to identify customer requirements and apply appropriate solutions
• Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets • Negotiate and close business
Job Requirements:
• Understanding of basic financial markets
• Highly trainable and coachable • Enthusiastic, confident self-starter
• Strong high-energy work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator on the phone
• Sales experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High standards of ethics to follow rules and regulations
• A burning desire to earn six-figures your 1st year
• Inside or outside sales a plus, but not required.
